Event: Official launch of Wellface Wimbledon
Date: Thursday 2 July 2026, 9:00am – 8:00pm

By booking a ticket to the Wellface Wimbledon Launch Event (“the Event”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before you pay. The Event is operated by Wellface Ltd (“Wellface”, “we”, “us”).
1. The ticket
1.1 A ticket costs £50, paid online by card at the time of booking. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email.
1.2 Spaces are strictly limited. Appointments run in fixed 30-minute slots with one of our practitioners (Kitty or Rumyana). The last appointment starts at 7:30pm. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and only genuinely available slots are shown at the point of booking.
1.3 When you book, a real appointment is created for the specific 30-minute slot and practitioner you select. That slot is reserved for you.
2. What your ticket includes
Your £50 ticket entitles you, on the day of the Event, to:
- Hydrafacial Express — a deep-cleansing, hydrating facial (approx. 30 minutes).
- Skin consultation — a one-to-one with a Wellface practitioner.
- Skin scan — advanced diagnostic skin imaging.
- Wellface goodie bag — a take-home gift, subject to availability.
- 10% off on the day — an exclusive launch-day saving (see clause 4).
- £50 treatment credit — the value of your ticket, redeemable against a treatment (see clause 3).
The treatments and gifts above form a single package and have no individual cash value. They are available on the day of the Event only and cannot be exchanged for cash or carried over to a future date.
3. Your £50 treatment credit
3.1 When you attend the Event, the £50 you paid is added to your Wellface account as £50 of treatment credit, which you can put towards a treatment.
3.2 To use your credit, a treatment must be booked on the day of the Event (2 July 2026). The treatment itself does not have to take place on 2 July — it can be scheduled for a later date — but the booking must be made on the day.
3.3 If you do not book a treatment on the day of the Event, the £50 credit is forfeited. The credit cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable, and has no value once the Event has ended unless it has been applied to a booking made on the day.
3.4 The credit is redeemable against any treatment and cannot be applied to gift cards or retail-only product purchases.
4. The 10% launch-day discount
4.1 The 10% discount applies to products and treatments purchased or booked on the day of the Event (2 July 2026). It does not apply to purchases or bookings made before or after that date.
4.2 The discount cannot be exchanged for cash and is available on the day only.
5. Cancellations, refunds and no-shows
5.1 If you need to cancel, please tell us as soon as possible so we can offer your slot to someone else.
5.2 If you cancel at least 48 hours before the start of the Event (by 9:00am on 30 June 2026), you will receive a full refund of your £50.
5.3 If you cancel less than 48 hours before the Event, or you do not attend (a no-show), your £50 is not refundable. As no treatment will have been booked on the day, the £50 credit is also forfeited (see clause 3.3).
5.4 Late arrival: to keep the schedule running for all guests, if you arrive late we may need to shorten your appointment or, where the delay is significant, treat it as a missed appointment under clause 5.3. We will always do our best to accommodate you.
5.5 Refunds are made to your original payment method via Stripe and may take a few days to appear, depending on your bank.
6. Transfers and rescheduling
6.1 Tickets are non-transferable. Your ticket and appointment slot are for the person who booked and cannot be transferred or given to anyone else.
6.2 The Event takes place on a single day, so appointments cannot be moved to another date. Where time slots remain available on the day, we will try to accommodate a request to change your time, but we cannot guarantee this.
7. Medical suitability, consultation and consent
7.1 Some treatments offered at the Event — including the Hydrafacial — may not be suitable for everyone. Contraindications can include (without limitation) pregnancy or breastfeeding, certain skin conditions, active infections, recent cosmetic or surgical procedures, and some medications or allergies.
7.2 You must complete any consultation, medical-history and consent forms we ask for before treatment. Please tell your practitioner about any relevant medical condition, medication, allergy, or recent procedure.
7.3 Our practitioners may, in their professional judgement, decline or modify a treatment on health or safety grounds. If a treatment cannot safely be provided, we may offer a suitable alternative on the day. This does not affect your £50 credit, which remains available on the terms in clause 3.
7.4 Treatments are provided by qualified Wellface practitioners. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.
8. Changes to, or cancellation of, the Event
8.1 We may need to change the practitioner, the timing of your appointment, or other details of the Event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will tell you as soon as we can and offer a reasonable alternative slot where possible.
8.2 If we have to cancel the Event entirely, you will receive a full refund of your £50. This is the limit of our responsibility to you if the Event is cancelled.
9. Your personal data
9.1 When you book, we collect your name, email address and phone number to confirm and administer your appointment, send you your booking confirmation, and contact you about the Event.
9.2 We will also use your contact details to send you marketing about Wellface products, treatments, events and offers. You can opt out at any time, using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.
9.3 We process your information in line with UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy.
10. Payment
10.1 Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Wellface.
10.2 Your contract for the ticket is with Wellface Ltd; Stripe acts only as our payment processor.
11. Liability
11.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under law.
11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, we are not liable for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for personal belongings brought to the Event.
12. General
12.1 If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
12.2 These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12.3 We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on our website at the time you book.
